All volunteers must be 21+. All roles require the ability to be organized and to remain calm and friendly under stress. Volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one role throughout the day. Volunteers may be asked to assist with other roles during their shift. All volunteers will receive lunch (and dinner if present past 5PM). Parking is available at Clovernook. All volunteers should dress appropriately for the weather, especially volunteers who will spend the day on the course.
Registration: Assists in greeting and registering golfers, entering credit card information, ringing up pro pack purchases. Must be computer literate and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Must be available for a short training during the week prior to the event. Will be seated at tables. 10AM-12PM. 2 volunteers needed.
Distribution: Assists in handing out golfer gift bags and providing golfer pro packs to registration team. This role requires standing. 10AM-12PM. 2 volunteers needed.
Course Attendants: Manage course contests at various holes, including cash handling, rule explanation, and contest regulation. This role includes sitting and standing and weather exposure. 12:00PM-6PM. 20 volunteers needed.
