The Heart Mini-Marathon & Walk is Cincinnati's largest single-day fundraiser and hometown favorite for over 45 years! Each year close to 25,000 participants come together to participate in a heart healthy exercise and raise life-saving funds to fight the ##1 and ##5 killers, heart disease and stroke. The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases, the Nation's No.1 and No.5 killers, claim more than 813,804 American lives a year.
Heart Mini 45 will take place on March 13th, 2022 in downtown Cincinnati and we could not hope to organize this event without the assistance of so many volunteers. We'd like to thank FIS for being our Volunteer Sponsor!
We will be following all recommended CDC guidelines as well as direction from our UC Health Medical Director to provide the safest volunteer opportunity possible. We will be communicating more information as we get closer to the Heart Mini.
