Assist Parks staff in the daily morning task of removing litter from the park. Your hour a day will make a big difference in the appearance, safety and health of the park!
8am - 9am
Please report to the stone service building near the lake, across from Trailside Nature Center.
Be prepared:
- Close-toed shoes and face covering are required.
- Long pants, layered clothing appropriate to the weather.
- Recommended: Hat, sunscreen & a water bottle.
- We will have latex gloves for you if you do not have your own.
Volunteers will use a litter stick and bags and work by directions of staff to collect trash throughout the park.
You will receive a confirmation email the morning of your shift with a link to verify your hours.
Staff will stop their work to meet you, please be on time and if you are not able to make it call or text ASAP so staff can be notified:

Regarding Covid-19:
In efforts to stop the spread, for the safety of our staff, volunteers and community please consider the following guidelines:
- Please take your temperature within 4 hours of the start of the project. If your temperature is higher than 100.4*, do not attend. Call or text Kevin @ 513.484.6529 to alert staff that you will not be present.
- Do not participate If you or someone in your home is symptomatic (e.g., fever, cough, shortness of breath), or if someone you’ve come into close contact with is under investigation or diagnosed with a laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19.
- Please use face covering and practice social distancing at all times while on the site.
- Please use gloves at all times to handle the tools and equipment.
