THANKS to all of those volunteers who came out to pick up pumpkins! We cannot wait to see what we get on Thursday for the Drop OFF! 

ALL carved pumpkins must be dropped off at Trailside Nature Center in Burnet Woods Thursday, October 29, 8a - 12p.

**Please note! If you would still like to participate, you can provide your own pumpkin! Pick up a pumpkin & carve it by Thursday at noon, and we will add it to the pumpkin walk trails @ Caldwell Nature Center.**

**PRO TIP** to preserve the Jack - o - Lantern, pray it with a little bleachwater. We don;t want these awesome creations to rot before Friday!! Here's a link to learn more. 

 We need 100 Jack-O-Lanterns! Help us carve some pumpkins!!

This is a take - home opportunity. We are asking volunteers to pick up pumpkin(s) on one of the 2 dates available, and return on Oct 29. Each pumpkin is worth an hour of time, for those who are fulfilling required service hours. 

Each year Cincinnati Parks hosts a Halloween Hike event at one of our most beloved magic forests, Caldwell Nature Preserve. The event attracts hundreds of families, scout troops and nature lovers, so this year we are changing things up to keep everyone safe. We will have a pumpkin lit trail at Caldwell Nature Preserve, and want to fill the trail with awesome Jack-O-Lanterns!

Volunteers can choose to carve 1 or 2 pumpkins.
