**CANCELLED DUE TO PUBLIC HEALTH PRECAUTIONS**
Work with Parks horticulturist to prepare the beds at Ziegler Park for the season.
Volunteers will use pitch forks, wheelbarrows, shovels and rakes to load and distribute mulch. Volunteers should be prepared in clothing appropriate to the weather, long pants, and close - toed shoes are required. Gloves suggested, if you need a pair they will be provided. Refillable water bottle is suggested, there will be a water cooler on site for volunteers to fill a bottle. Cincinnati Parks discourages single use plastics.
Ziegler Park is less than 2 miles from UC Campus, on the south - east edge of OTR.
It is a 17 minute commute via Metro Route 17.
