Utilize the 311 app to make our community safer!
If you are unfamiliar with 311, it's a program made by the city that allows residents to report non-emergency problems. Some examples of these issues can include water leaking from fire hydrants, potholes, furniture, and other large items that are on public property.
If it's your first time volunteering in this opportunity, please watch this instructional video to understand both how to use the app, and how to submit the materials needed for your hours.
311 has multiple ways you can use it, however, for this opportunity you must use the 311 app. There are a number of categories on the app from which you can report problems, and all are valid to receive hours for this event.
To confirm your submissions and to receive your hours, you must submit a screenshot of the report confirmation, as well as a photo of the issue.
Submit photos using this form!
How are my volunteer hours determined?
- Three submissions (of different issues): 1 volunteer hour
- Five submissions (of different issues): 3 volunteer hours
- Seven submissions (of different issues): 5 volunteer hours
