"Virtual Google Meet & Play with Grades 1st and K!" - Volunteers will provide a virtual fun math/literacy/art/PE day from 9:30a- 11:30a for our Kindergarten and 1st grade students.
Volunteers will do a welcoming activity on Google Meet with CDA students, and then work in "breakout rooms" based on specific fun activities with specific skills (i.e. reading a book/doing some activity, playing a math game/including PE activity, learning about music/making a craft, etc.).
Teachers: Mary Beth Shannon and Lori Vanover will provide the activities and Google Meet codes for the UC Volunteers. Theu will host a brief meeting prior to May 19th (if students are available to review the days actitivies with the volunteers, and answer any questions).
