We have been gleaning (harvesting for donation) cherry tomatoes from a farm in Verona, KY, and this is our final shift.  The work will involve standing and/or squatting along rows of trellised tomato plants in a grassy field, sorting split and marketable tomatoes, and carrying up to 10 lbs. at a time.

Volunteers must adhere to particular food safety guidelines per the grower's request, and must also sign a liability waiver for Soc. of St. Andrew.

*We are happy to vouch for volunteer hours via this site, once shift is completed.
