Hello volunteers! iSPACE, a local non-profit organization that teaches STEM programs to all, is hosting their annual Pi Day event March 13th, from 2-6pm. We are in search of 75 volunteers who are passionate about science, technology, engineering, math and engaging with our Cincinnati community. The iSPACE Pi Day Scavenger Hunt helps families and adult teams better understand the connection between STEM and daily life in a fun, and engaging way! Our Scavenger Hunt will have different clues that lead teams to different locations where they will find STEM based missions to complete. The Scavenger Hunt will end at iSPACE's new building, where we will have food and drinks available along with silent auctions and pie raffles. As a volunteer, you have the option to help out with:
- Event Set Up - Event Tear Down
- Clue Site Attendant - Photography Volunteer (Perfect for DAAP students or those interested in photography!)
- Food/beverage Server - Event Tear Down
- The Raffle/Silent Auction - I'm Flexible (Willing to volunteer to do whatever is needed)
If you think STEM missions sound fun and you enjoy pizza, pie, and helping others overcome a challenge, this is a great volunteer opportunity for you!
