UC students - This is Such A FUN Way to Secure Your Volunteer Hours!
The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati's (TCT) provides professional theatre for young audiences designed for children, not by children.
TCT's production of Narnia the Musical opens Saturday, December 9, 2023 and runs until Monday, December 18, 2023 at The Taft Theatre.
Narnia the Musical is based upon C.W. Lewis" The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and the of four English schoolchildren - brothers and sisters - sent away from London during World War II to stay in the manor house of their uncle - who stumble upon (and through) a wardrobe into the magical kingdom of Narnia, held in the power of the White Witch, whose evil spell has frozen the land, so that it is "always winter - and never Christmas."
TCT welcomes UC students to serve as Ushers and may help with sale of Merchandise during the public show performances of Narnia the Musical.
Each shift is about 2.5 hours in length with opportunity to sit and enjoy the performance as well.
Here are the performance times for public shows:
- Friday, December 8 at 7:30 PM Invited Dress Run
- Saturday, December 9 at 2 PM
- Saturday, December 9 at 5 PM
- Sunday, December 10 at 2 PM
- Friday, December 15 at 7:00 PM
- Saturday, December 16 at 11 AM
- Saturday, December 16 at 2 PM
- Sunday, December 17 at 2 PM
