Volunteers are needed to organize and stuff more than 500 backpacks for local school children.
Backpack Attack! School supplies are being collected at all of the Greater Cincinnati YMCAs and will be brought to our Central Parkway Y for assembly. Join us as we make a difference in more than 500 students' lives as they get back to school with these COOL new supplies!
We will host two packing sessions on Thursday, August 4th:
Shift 1: 2 pm – 4 pm
Shift 2: 5 pm – 7 pm
Additional Backpack Project Helpers also needed in July. We are looking for a couple of volunteers who would like to assist with the organization of collected items throughout the month of July as well. Dates and times of volunteer service can be tailored to fit your schedule and the delivery dates of the items.
