Come volunteer at Central Parkway YMCA's Kids Club!
Volunteers help bring joy and creativity to our youngest members by reading, playing, and engaging with children ages 8 and under. While parents focus on their own health in the fitness center, volunteers work alongside YMCA staff to ensure kids are safe, cared for, and inspired through fun activities and imaginative play. This role is a meaningful way to support families, spark children’s imaginations, and strengthen our community. The hours below represent when volunteers are typically needed. You do not need to be available for every shift, but your availability should generally match these times.
Kids Club Hours
Monday-Thursday 4-8pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
Sunday 10am-2pm

Important: You will not receive credit through UC until you have completed the YMCA registration process.
Because this volunteer role involves working directly with children, advance registration is required. You must also complete a brief interview with a YMCA staff member prior to your volunteer date. Please be sure to register early enough to complete these requirements before your scheduled service.
