A Café Assistant greets customers, rings sales, answers questions, prepares smoothies, cleans, and assists the Barista. Café Assistants should have a friendly, engaging personality, be hard-workers, and physically able to stand on their feet the majority of their shift. Must be able to count money and make change in American currency. Should have cafe/restaurant/customer service experience. Weekly commitment required; same shift each week (approximately 2.5-3 hours). Due to the amount of training involved, Cafe Assistant volunteers need to commit to serving with us for at least two semesters  (recognizing that some schedule adjustments may be necessary due to changing class schedules, etc.) 

You would have one shift weekly; same day and time each week.

Are you detail oriented? Do you like to clean? Want to make new friends while having fun, drinking a free beverage, and earning service hours?

Cleaning Crew members are responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, gathering and cleaning dirty dishes, wiping down tables, and assisting the Barista in keeping the cafe clean and welcoming for our guests. No experience necessary. Attention to detail necessary. 

Volunteer at least once weekly for the same shift each week. Shifts available from 12:00-2:30pm or 7:45-9:15pm daily. Training provided.
