8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (come for one morning or make it a weekly habit)

What You’ll Do

Plant seasonal annuals and vegetable beds

Prune, weed, and mulch trees and shrubs

Install plant labels, signs, and small hardscape features

Pitch in on special projects that refresh high‑profile display areas

What We Provide

All tools and materials (feel free to bring your own hand tools—just label them)

On‑the‑spot guidance from our horticulture staff

Lunch, snacks, and plenty of camaraderie

Grow Your Impact: Complete a brief training session, and you can “adopt” a garden bed or feature area to maintain on your own schedule. Volunteers also help design and build larger enhancement projects throughout the season.

Why Join?

Hands‑on experience for budding horticulturists

Networking with fellow Bearcats and green‑industry professionals

A tangible way to give back to the community and the planet

Ready to dig in? We can’t wait to garden alongside you!
