Am I ready for Volunteers?
There is a lot of preparation that goes into having volunteers at an event or need, but keeping students engaged is a driving factor for students encouraging their friends to sign up and/or returning to do service at your agency.
Do You Have a Separate Sign Up Form?
If so make sure to share the link to the form in the need post, in order to have students properly prepared for when they arrive at the service site. See below for a great example:
When students arrive: Be prepared for volunteers don't leave them waiting. Always have them doing.
Students ARE extremely busy and the worst thing for them is wasting time.
