About our Organization

Cincinnati Center for Autism (CCA) was formed with the sole purpose of improving the outcome for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are committed to offering a variety of programs which address communication, education, social, and behavioral needs of children with ASD, to assure that they are able to achieve happy, fulfilling lives. The Cincinnati Center for Autism admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origins to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the Center. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

How our organization engages UC students

The Cincinnati Center for Autism (CCA) is exploring opportunities to engage University of Cincinnati students through informal volunteer and experiential learning opportunities. Potential involvement includes support for community events, administrative and development projects, classroom observation, and assistance with life-skills and transition programming under staff supervision. These opportunities would provide UC students with exposure to autism services, inclusive education, and nonprofit operations while supporting CCA’s mission. CCA views UC students as a valuable future resource and is committed to developing mutually beneficial engagement opportunities as capacity allows.
