We are a shower house that has been in the OTR community for over 30 years offering those less fortunate a place to receive a shower, have some laundry done, get a haircut, obtain a change of clothes, receive mail and be connected to other services in the community. We work hand-in-hand with some of the most vulnerable populations in the streets of Cincinnati providing the opportunity to return dignity to their lives in the hopes of empowering our guests to achieve goals and dreams. We ask all volunteers to help us improve our practices by participating and honestly contributing to our feedback survey after completion found here:
We want to offer UC students the opportunity to work with the local community in an impactful and fun manner. This can be from sorting donations that we give to our guests, going thrifting to compliment our needs and accompanying the mail and laundry services we offer our visitors. We are preparing to expand our projects and are looking to find young humanitarians who are willing to extend a hand to the community working side by side with a local non-profit.
