Greater Cincinnati Street Works

Greater Cincinnati Street Works (GCSW) was founded in 2024 by Dr. Thomas Dalziel of the University of Cincinnati (https://business.uc.edu/faculty-research/management/faculty/thomas-dalziel.html ). As a successful serial entrepreneur and management consultant, Tom's focus is on helping the homeless of Greater Cincinnati. In collaboration with community partners, the mission of the GCSW is to help the homeless return to housing through employment and entrepreneurship. Pursuing this mission, GCSW provides 3 main services:

i. Back-to-work skill training, resume building, and goal setting

ii. Budget and personal finance planning

iii. Provision of resources, networks and advice to support the growth of independent owner-managed startup businesses

At present, we are in need of the following types of student volunteers:

a. Website design and development

b. Social media campaign writers
