About our Organization
We’re here to walk alongside patients, care takers and families. To ease the burden. To offer clarity, comfort, and companionship. It’s our honor to be with those on this journey, helping them make the most of every moment and reminding them that this is their life, on their terms. Every person has a gift.
Our Volunteer Coordinator will help you find that special something that makes your care truly special, and then match your talents with patients in your area.
Volunteers provide essential companionship to patients and their support systems by sharing conversation, performing arts and crafts, offering therapeutic music, reading and writing, playing games, creating memory books, being a movie and tv pal, bringing tasty treats and yummy meals, enjoying sitting and enjoying the outdoors and so much more.
This is very flexible volunteer experience that can take place 1 time or more a month based on your schedule and availability.
How our organization engages UC students
UC students who are musically talented, artistic, caregiving, pursuing a career in the medical field or overall looking for a meaningful opportunity to meet with patients and families and provide companionship in this important stage of life.
