THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED TO CONSTRUCT, OWN, AND OPERATE AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING APARTMENT COMMUNITY.
How our organization engages UC students
We are a non-profit facility that provides independent low-income housing for the elderly. We bring in educators and programs to encourage socialization along with providing health education to keep them living independently.
