3CDC

The Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, private, non-profit corporation. Its mission and strategic focus is to strengthen the core assets of downtown by revitalizing and connecting the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine (OTR).

In addition to revitalizing buildings in Cincinnati's urban core, 3CDC manages two Special Improvement Districts and works with community organizations to provide safe & clean services for the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine neighborhoods. We also manage & program 3 public spaces in this area - Fountain Square, Washington Park and Ziegler Park.
