Ladies of Leadership

Ladies of Leadership empowers and develops confident girls who lead with love to positively change and impact their communities. Since 2007 we have served nearly 4,500 young ladies. Our major focus of service is targeted in the Greater Cincinnati urban core and surrounding neighborhoods. We build sisterhood and trust through mentoring and education. Our aim is for girls to develop a strong, unwavering sense of worth confidence.

We empower, equip and educate through small and large group activities, community service and outreach, exposure to civic, social and cultural events. Even amid a global pandemic these program components have not changed. We believe that the diversity of strategies used The needs of our girls to achieve academic excellence, financial stability, improved mental and physical health, overcome trauma and build social-emotional skills will continue to be the basis of our curriculum activities.
