About our Organization
College Companions is a service-based organization directed towards building mentorship relationships between college students and the elderly. We aim to connect with local resident homes and offer a support system between students and the elderly.
How our organization engages UC students
College Companions is a new service-based organization directed towards building mentorship relationships between college students and residents. With the difficulties that come from social distancing, our goal is to offer a support system for both the students and residents. Students are paired up with a resident and are able to build a relationship through weekly video chats, phone calls, or emails!
