4-Way, Cincinnati's String Quartet

Who We Are

Formed in 2015, 4-Way is a community-based string quartet, committed to making chamber music an integral part of everyday life in Cincinnati, through performance and teaching. 4-Way’s members have performed on the Tonight Show, at the White House, and as soloists with orchestras in the US and Asia. They also enjoy successful careers as orchestral musicians and teachers, and share a deep commitment to community engagement and social action in their work.

What We Do

4-Way is a community-based string quartet, whose vision is to make chamber music an integral part of everyday life in Cincinnati. We present accessible, innovative performances, with the performers talking with the audience and demonstrating how we work together. In our education program, we provide free lessons on string instruments (violin, viola and cello) and performance opportunities to children at Woodford Paideia Elementary School in Kennedy Heights.
